SHIPPING & FULFILMENT
To reduce our carbon footprint and speed up delivery times, we fulfill orders locally. UK orders are shipped from our UK studio, and USA orders are shipped from our US hubs. This ensures no import duties for customers in these regions.
As a made-to-order brand, our production time is typically 3–5 business days. Once shipped, local delivery in the UK and USA usually takes an additional 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. For US orders, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 (approximately $6.50).
RETURNS & ORDERS
Because every TEDDIE LONDON garment is printed specifically for the individual who orders it, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive with a manufacturing fault.
Quality is our priority. If your item is damaged or defective, please email contact@teddielondon.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear image of the fault. We will fast-track a replacement from our nearest fulfillment centre at no cost to you.
Because our automated production system begins shortly after an order is placed, we have a very narrow window for changes. Please email us immediately if you need to update your details, though we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
