What makes TEDDIE LONDON hoodies "Heavyweight"? Our signature Heavyweight Series is crafted from 400GSM (grams per square metre) organic cotton. This provides a structured, boxy silhouette that holds its shape better than standard luxury streetwear. Our Premium Series is a lighter 300GSM, designed for everyday layering and a softer drape.

Where are TEDDIE LONDON garments designed? Every piece is designed in London, focusing on minimalist typography and modern urban silhouettes. We prioritize a "quiet luxury" aesthetic that focuses on construction over loud branding.

Are your products unisex? Yes. All TEDDIE LONDON essentials are designed with a gender-neutral, relaxed fit. Please refer to our size guide to choose between a classic or oversized look.

SHIPPING & FULFILMENT

Where do you ship from? To reduce our carbon footprint and speed up delivery times, we fulfill orders locally. UK orders are shipped from our UK studio, and USA orders are shipped from our US hubs. This ensures no import duties for customers in these regions.

How long will my order take to arrive? As a made-to-order brand, our production time is typically 3–5 business days. Once shipped, local delivery in the UK and USA usually takes an additional 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. For US orders, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 (approximately $6.50).

RETURNS & ORDERS

What is your return policy? Because every TEDDIE LONDON garment is printed specifically for the individual who orders it, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive with a manufacturing fault.

What should I do if my item is faulty? Quality is our priority. If your item is damaged or defective, please email contact@teddielondon.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear image of the fault. We will fast-track a replacement from our nearest fulfillment centre at no cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order? Because our automated production system begins shortly after an order is placed, we have a very narrow window for changes. Please email us immediately if you need to update your details, though we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
