THE ATELIER PROCESS We do not hold mass inventory. Every Teddie London piece is crafted to order within our London studio. Maintaining a singular, unified production house allows for absolute quality control over every stitch and cut. Over 95 percent of our commissions are fully crafted, inspected, and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note, our artisans do not operate on weekends or public bank holidays.

SECURE DOMESTIC DELIVERY (UK) Domestic commissions under 2kg are entrusted to our premium courier network, with the vast majority arriving the next working day following dispatch (standard transit parameters allow 2 to 5 days). For larger leather goods and structured holdalls exceeding 60x40cm, we elevate the delivery to our dedicated heavy-freight couriers for next-day presentation.

GLOBAL PRIORITY SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL) We provide secure, tracked delivery worldwide. International commissions are dispatched via premium aviation networks (including DHL, FedEx, and TNT) to ensure absolute visibility and rapid transit. Most international deliveries arrive at their destination within 3 to 5 days following dispatch. Remote locations may require extended transit times and incur additional courier surcharges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES For international commissions, the client acts as the sole importer of record. Any customs duties, border tariffs, or local import taxes imposed by your government are the strict responsibility of the recipient. Teddie London does not calculate, collect, or remit these fees.

UNFORESEEN DELAYS (STRIKES & WEATHER) In the rare event of severe weather or national postal strikes, our studio immediately reroutes your commission to alternative, active courier networks to minimise delays. To ensure a seamless chain of custody during national strikes, we strongly advise directing your delivery to a secure commercial or work address to activate priority routing.
