Shipping policy

Every piece of Teddie London equipment is engineered to order in our London facility. We do not hold dead stock. When you place an order, you are commissioning a bespoke build.

Because we do not artificially inflate the price of our leather architecture to offer "free shipping," you will only ever pay the exact carrier rate required to securely transport your equipment from our facility to your destination.

01: The Production Window & Order Lock

Your holdall or shoulder bag enters the manufacturing queue immediately upon order confirmation.

  • The 30-Minute Protocol: You have exactly 30 minutes from the time of purchase to amend or cancel your order. After this window, the leather is cut, and the order is locked into the production matrix. No alterations can be made.

  • Manufacturing Lead Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the assembly, edge-sealing, and structural testing of your piece before it is cleared for despatch.

02: Domestic Transit (United Kingdom)

Once your hardware clears quality control, it is handed directly to our UK freight partners.

  • Standard Structures (Under 2kg): Deployed via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Expected transit is 1 to 2 business days post-production.

  • Heavyweight Structures (Over 2kg): Automatically upgraded to the FedEx UK courier network for next-business-day delivery.

03: International Deployment (Global)

We ship Teddie London architecture worldwide using a tier-one courier network, primarily FedEx and DHL.

  • Transit Times: International freight typically lands within 3 to 5 business days after the production phase is complete.

  • Tracking Visibility: You will receive a secure tracking manifest the moment your equipment leaves London, ensuring full visibility until the client signature is acquired at the destination.

04: Customs & Import Architecture

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, your local government may apply import duties or customs taxes. These charges are dictated by your local border authority and are the sole responsibility of the client. Teddie London does not calculate or collect these fees at checkout.
